Olive Garden

The "Olivia Garden" project is located in a tranquil, cozy, and picturesque place in Northern Cyprus, amidst olive trees, just 500 meters from the sea in a town called Lapta.

Lapta, in addition to its incredible beauty, also has a place with ancient history. While walking in the mountains or along the seashore, you may come across ancient artifacts. In Lapta, the mountains and the sea come closest to each other, creating a unique blend of sea and mountain air. The incredibly beautiful landscapes are simply mesmerizing.

The Olivia Garden complex will consist of:

- 6 Townhouses: 130 m2 with plots ranging from 70 to 120 m2, and terraces of 41m2 and 48 m2.
- 3 Villas: 220 m2 with plots of 140 m2 and 210 m2.

Each townhouse and villa will offer breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The complex will have a communal pool and a relaxation area around the pool. Additionally, each villa will have its own private pool of 30m2. Decorative fencing, lighting, landscaping, and parking will be provided around the complex.

Only high-quality materials and specifications will be used in the construction of the homes. There will be a roof hydro insulation system and a hydrofoiled water supply system. The walls of the houses will be made of concrete with natural stone finishing. The roof and terrace will have a barbecue system made of natural stone, with electricity and water supply connections.

Construction is scheduled to begin in August 2022 and finish in May 2024, with a 5-year construction warranty.

Payment plan:
- £2,000 deposit for one month
- 30% of the total cost to be paid after one month
- Remaining 70% to be paid in 24 monthly installments.
