Blue Lake

Life has begun in the Blue Lake Küçükçekmece project, which is located on the shores of Lake Küçükçekmece, one of the few lagoon lakes in the world. The project is just 85 meters away from Lake Küçükçekmece and is surrounded by a beautiful natural setting with one side facing the lake and the other side facing the sea. Located in a prime location, close to major transportation arteries like the Basın-Ekspres Yolu, TEM, and E5, the project's value is expected to rise even further with the completion of the Canal Istanbul project.

The Blue Lake Küçükçekmece project offers one of the most spacious living spaces in Istanbul, with a total balcony and terrace area of 19,000 square meters. All apartments from the 1st floor and above have views of the lake, and from the 5th floor and above, you can also enjoy views of the lake and the sea.

Chapman Taylor is responsible for the interior design of the Blue Lake Küçükçekmece project. The project features three swimming pools and various social facilities located on the top floors of the residential blocks, allowing residents to enjoy the pool while taking in the sea and lake views.

Developed by Metal Yapı Konut and Karmen Yapı, the Blue Lake Küçükçekmece project is built on a 38,000-square-meter plot of land by the lakeside.

The project consists of 14-story residential blocks, totaling 788 apartments and 22 shops. The commercial units and residential units are separated into two blocks.

The project includes 78 studio apartments, 389 one-bedroom apartments, 6 one-bedroom duplex apartments, 182 two-bedroom apartments, 110 three-bedroom apartments, 17 three-bedroom duplex apartments, 2 four-bedroom apartments, and 4 four-bedroom duplex apartments.
