Four Bedroom Villa in North Kyrenia

The "Olivia Garden" project is located in a tranquil, cozy, and picturesque place in Northern Cyprus, amidst olive trees, just 500 meters from the sea in a town called Lapta.

The Olivia Garden complex will consist of:

Each townhouse and villa will offer breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The complex will have a communal pool and a relaxation area around the pool. - £2,000 deposit for one month
- 30% of the total cost to be paid after one month
- Remaining 70% to be paid in 24 monthly installments.
